TESCON VANA is our versatile all-arounder for membranes and wood-based panels, while TESCON PROFECT is ideal for pre-folded corner seals. We recommend reviewing our application guides or contacting our technical team for specific assembly advice.
What is the lead time for shipping high-performance membranes and tapes?
Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouses. For large pallet orders or specialized components like Lamilux skylights, lead times can vary. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed.
Do you offer technical support for Passive House or Net Zero builds?
Yes, we provide extensive technical support, including WUFI calculations, CAD details, and onsite training. Our goal is to ensure that the products are integrated correctly into your high-performance building envelope for maximum durability and efficiency.
What is your return policy for unused building materials?
Unopened and undamaged rolls of tape, membranes, and accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that custom-sized items or special orders may not be eligible for return.
Can I pick up my order in person to save on shipping costs?
We offer local pickup options at our Brooklyn, NY and Vancouver, BC locations. Select 'Local Pickup' during the checkout process, and we will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection.
